Entry Fee - $35
Entry Fee includes admission for both Friday and Saturday's activities, as well as 2 drink tickets for Friday's reception. Online registration is appreciated, but not necessary. You can walk in to the event and pay at the door anytime.
Table Fee $25
Vendors and enthusiasts both enjoy the same low table fee. Each table will have power. Pay the fee and you are free to display and sell what you wish.
Box Breakfast/Lunch $25
A great option for those spending the entire day on Saturday. Specific details coming soon.
Those who register for knobcon will have the opportunity to purchase a Knobcon the 13th T-Shirt. Available in sizes Small - 6XL*.
*Extended sizes 2XL+ available only with pre-registration. A limited amount of T-Shirts will be available at the event.
Knobcon is a one-of-a-kind synthesizer convention now in it's second year. Complete with performances, workshops and vendors, Knobcon allows for a fully immersive experience. Attendees can get their hands on an incredible amount of equipment and talk directly with designers of some of today's most innovative synthesizer products.
Held just outside Chicago, Ill., at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Schaumburg, the entire event takes place under one roof. Enthusiasts travel from all parts of North America to attend this yearly event. Direct access to all major forms of transportation make this an easy destination for those traveling.
Who should attend?
If you are interested in electronic-based or experimental music and the tools used to create it, this is the place for you. The diversity and passion of those at knobcon make it enjoyable for all experience levels.
The fun starts Friday evening at the reception featuring gear-centric performances and a cash bar. Doors open at 7pm and continues to around midnight. Saturday is the main event with a wall-to-wall synth meet and marketplace. There is also a full day workshops where you can learn a thing or two. Both the reception and synthmeet/marketplace are held in the "Slate" Banquet room with the workshops adjacent in "Cyan."
If you have pre-registered, you may pick up your event credentials and tshirt (if ordered) at the table outside the Slate banquet room beginning a 4pm on Friday.

If you are bringing equipment and are staying at the hotel, we are recommending that it is kept in your hotel room overnight. There will be no security provided for gear left in the Banquet halls.
