The event officially begins at 7PM on Friday, Sept 11 with the Reception party.

You may check into the event beginning at 4pm on Friday, we ask that you be courteous to the exhibitors and allow them to check in first so they can set up. There will be plenty of time in the exhibit halls on Saturday and Sunday, besides, you won't be allowed in the exhibit hall during setup anyway. Take the time to have a nice dinner before the reception. :)

Many international travelers prefer to arrive a day early, and stay a day later to reduce some of the stress involved with travel and an event of this nature. Be sure to book your hotel stay with this in mind.
